mode not supported-the resolution is not supported on this tv

Hi,
I'm wondering if anybody can help me out. I get the above error message as soon as I try to turn on my mag 254. I did not change anything before this happened. The box worked fine one day and then not the next. I'm really not that tech savy so any detailed instructions would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

• If there is no image then complete next steps:
• Unplug power of STB
• Press and hold “Menu” button on RC (direct your RC to STB)
• Plug power on STB with holding “Menu” button
• Hold “Menu” button during 10 seconds.
• Switch PAL – NTSC with asingle press on the red “F1” button.

Thank you. This did help but now I blocked the STB so I have to wait 24 hrs and make the portal number the same on the computer and on my box. I appreciate your help with this

Your STB is blocked to the service provider?
if yes, you may do an IPTV reset and you will be good to go right away.
