I changed from mag to new box its called formuler. and i am getting your stb is blocked. any instruction how to setup this box ?

did you attach your new Mac address? your Mac address starts with 00:1A:79..... and might be labeled as ID.
make sure portal is correct, set county lock to all, ISP off and perform a reset on provider site then check for result.

Nothing would have blocked your mac address. Your are probably using the wrong mac like Ryu has said.

That's the box mac address not the iptv app address.Try 00:1A:79:
