Hd channels not working.

Hello guys. I just registered to post but Lurking for a while. I couldn’t find. Solution so if you know it please either post a link or let me know because I have searched and didn’t find solution.

The problem I have is that I lost all my 9000 channels and hd channels. I don’t have espn hd or tnt hd?

I check the channel list and it didn’t match the channels I get ? What am I doing wrong ?
