    T3 was working fine then moved it to another and start getting Server returned http 404 any idea why?

    make sure url is correct and also, use full url and perform a reset on provider site.

        I moved it to living rm from bedrm same wifi. I did reset on site and using full url. I also has a T2 that is working fine after doing the same thing for a few days. Wondering if its my comcast.

                Update, Dreamlink T2 & T3 still not connecting keep saying check url. Switch to Mag no problem, came right up. Any idea about Dreamlink ?

                  make sure your Mac starts with 00:1A:79 which labeled as ID. change portal first then verify Mac and portal on provider site and your box. then perform a rest then check for result.

                    Did all that already. I have to do more research, i think there is a malware on my smart tv. I have to make sure first then redo what you suggested. There is always something new.

                      I have a MAG254 and a T2 and a T3. I ran into an initial problem with setup of T3 assuming it was service but in the end I realized that the T3 has multiple MAC addresses. I had entered the MAC for the device on the donation service but I was trying to connect through wifi connection on the T3. Once I realized the MAC ID difference, changed the donation MAC to match the wifi MAC and everything worked fine. Hope that helps
