T3 going crazy

Thought I would upgrade fro a Dreamlink T2 To a T3. So far, it has been a disaster. Besides the oversize screen, the box goe dark every 10 seconds for about 3 seconds and comes back on. I have spent hours trying different settings but nothing helps. The problems seemed to appear after the update. I am open to any suggestions. Thanks in advance

ok did you try to factory setting? if not then try that.
change hdmi cable and hdmi port on tv as well.
as far oversize screen try to press button located on top left corner (vformat) and see if that helps.

Try the factory default like Ryu1 said. Post back with your results.
