T3 ethernet option disappeared

I have the Dreamlink T3 since it first came out and ran it over ethernet mostly but I just noticed the ethernet is not shown on network setup screen.
Has anyone experienced this?

Yes, i tried several different ethernet cables and restarts.

Hi Ryu, did factory reset and setup configured ethernet and downloaded updates. After restart, no ethernet and could only setup wifi.

power off the T3 and disconnect the ethernet cable.
power on and ensure wifi is set to off and go to Settings > Network and should see the ethernet option, ensure it's set to DHCP
power off T3 and connect the ethernet.
power on and check for results.
