Can't get APPS from Market Place to download or install

IIPTV works fine. I downloaded Dol2 at an earlier time, so don't know what changed. Yesterday tried Chrome. Downloaded and sits on INSTALL forever. All others I've tried just say WAITING, no download. This is a T1 Dreamlink. I know it used to download fine.

Edit: The Chrome Browser Installer appears corrupt. That's why the other programs I tried sat on "waiting". When I tried to install FireFox first. It installed without a problem.

Android settings/ Security/ Allow Unknown Sources - Make sure it is Enabled.
*Also, make sure you have enough Storage space available in memory.

Those things all checked out. Couldn't get it to work a couple weeks ago, but did get to work today. This was after update 2.92.
