I renewed my donation yesterday and received my confirmation about an hour later. My old donation expired on Dec 28/19, but it was within 30 days for renewal. I went to the donation checker and IPTV reset screen and entered my MAC address (00:1A:79:********) double checked it on the T1 and it is correct. I went to the portal and port is the same as before (P4). I tried it connect it to the server but it came up "blocked or expired". I tried several more but same result. What am I doing wrong?

Switch your portal at the donation checker. Change the portal in your box to the new portal and try. -

You have the option to change to another portal with the donation checker! Change to a different one and change it in your box to match the new one you changed it to and try to connect again.Comment
