Good Morning! for the last few days my T1 has said firmware update and i go to download it, it's 11.44mb but it sits on downloading and never does anything... anyone have another way of doing this update? I've tried going through settings as well and nothing works, can't even do the Beta test SW

I have something going on similar to this with my T1 Plus. It tells me there is a pending software update and I initiate the download. It shows data coming in but it never seems to get installed, because the next time I turn it on, I get the same routine. Any ideas on these problems ? -

Sounds like there is something wrong with their server.Have either of you tried a factory reset and then see if it would down load?Comment

You would have to re input your server info that would be the hardest part.Is there a way to shut updates off? I'll have to take a look i forget. I haven't seen any updates on mine so far.Comment
