T1 Plus Cannot turn off with remote

I cannot turn off DreamLink t1 plus with remote control. I tried a second remote & still will not turn off. When I try a single green light blinks once and then remains on. I tried rebooting but it continues to do the same thing. Is there something in settings that needs to be changed?

You can maybe try a factory reset and see if that helps.

I thought the same thing at first.But he says the light blinks when he pushes the button.That makes me think it's reading the remote.

I read they put out a update today to help with them stuck in stand by.

What happened here is that they put out the previous firmware and iptv version but the 'Stuck in Stand by' error was still relevant, so they released a 'Hotfix' file to fix that and not long after the previous release was released.
