I am getting this message since yesterday, what do I have to check

My subscripition was due.
I bougth a new one, and with the mac address my dreamlink worked without having to update server, password etz, do I have to update the configuration or just leave as it is?

You may find the server might change or you may have to re put in your mac address (if renewed).

Guys there is something wrong with the service, I ain't have channels at all only a few internationals, and V.O.D all movies said server not aviable, today been happening since 9.00am also every days happens after 7.30pm untill 10.00pm my subscription is under P1, what to do????????

Log into your account and switch servers.But remember to change it in your stb.Also the Ops problem was his donation expired.

I've been on the p3 for a while and the buffering has gotten out of control on all channels except for news channels. I switched portals and the only other one it offers is p4 and I get the same message, "portal not available".

Switched back to p3 and it works somewhat. Extremely bad buffering on 60% of the channels.

My server is on P2 but kids channels keeps buffering, any ideas how to fix it? My kids are driving me crazy with this problem. Thank you

go to the Donation Checker IPTV Reset (link at top of page) and change Portals then do an IPTV reset. Be sure you put the new portal info into your stb.
