Adding a New Donation

Hey all-
Looking for some help here with adding a new Donation to our Dreamlink T2. We renewed again this year via a friend 2 days ago. He sent me the donation and new url(screen shot). We added the new information but keep getting an error check your internet connection and url portal. We’ve verified all the information a few times but still no workie. Cant get the guy who sold us the donation to help. I did mentioned to him that the last time we renewed a year ago that he had to do something on his end with the mac or reset. he states that the mac address isn’t necessary and it’s something in our end.

Can on of the moderators or admins help us get this working without having to try and deal with the guy who sold us the donation. this is our 3rd year with dreamlink.

are you using Mac based? if yes did you give them correct mac address? your Mac address starts with 00:1A:79..... and its labeled as ID.
also, make sure url is typed correct and no typo mistake.
also, tell them to change country lock to all.
also, make sure username and password field in unchecked where you typed url in your box.
make sure you have internet connection your box.
reboot you box once everything is correct.

I received a donation today and tried with tivimate , PP and not working. How long does it take for donation to be active after receiving it?
