T1 plus no epg

Thanks Ryu1, didn't work. Did iptv reset with box on and box off. Did power off then on, remote on/off. Might change portal, right now 6. Let you know.

If you leave it on a channel for a little longer, does the guide come up for that channel?

no, I gave it an hour. changed portal to P2, P5 now account blocked on both portals

after changing portal did you change portal on your box? did you hit reset on papio site after changing portal?
if your portal ends with .tv then change to .ru

If you change portals you most definitely have to change them in the box. Or they will be blocked. Not really blocked but the box is trying to connect to the wrong server.

You guys were right about changing portal on box. I changed 2 different portals, don't get blocked message anymore, also no audio / video on both. Shows channel but no EPG or Info. I'll keep working at it after some football and baseball. Any ideas would be appreciated. Maybe time to replace 5 yr. old T1+.

All is good now. Thinking IPTV system was down this morning, just started working. Changed portal on site and box. Reset IPTV and rebooted box. Let box sit with power off for quite awhile. Have EPG, Info, pic and sound Thanks to Ryu1 and Dodgeit for help
