    So I sold t1 and a t2 and they are saying after they update to new software they are having constantly freezing is there a solution?

      a week prior to renewing our subscription T2 worked perfectly. It started freezing two days after we renewed again. It’s every movie channel non stop? What is the fix for this frustrating issue, can we change servers?
