Is there some reason that all my questions and comments are being ignored? I have been trying to get some help and support for days. Help for others is flying all around me but nothing at me.

I just got past the portal problem and now I can get chanels. I have some work to do with configuration etc., but I think that I am on my way.

Now I am back to my original problem,. How do I turn off the closed caption option. I hit the green button and that displays a pull down menu, but how do I turn tghe selections on and off?

When you hit the green button doesn’t it say under subtitles disabled?

It sure does. A little while ago i couldn't het it to highlight the button and turn the subtitles off whille watching a movie. Regular TV was OK though. Now it seems to be working. Tell me though how you get the button to toggle on and off.

Scroll up or down until you're on subtitles and press OK button.Now select what you want.

Tried over and over. Can't get the button to change. The button says DISABLED and is highlighted but the button will not lighten or darken. The setting just will not change.

If the only option is Disabled you can't turn on subtitles.
