      I screwed up and reset my box / buzztv 4000 XRS . I did a full reset and now cannot log into my buzz box. It is trying to load buzz version 5 and is saying "cannot load portal: incorrect username or password". When I previously loaded the old version it never asked for a username or password. I have left the "check credentials" box unchecked and it still comes up with this error message. Please PM me with any help or suggestions that you may have to get me back up and running. Thanks.

        make sure your url is correct. check on provider site with your donation and perform a reset, set country lock to all, and isp off then try again

          My box won't let me enter anything after I get to the
          Can notm get to the "can notload poprtal;: Incorrect uisername or passoword.

            In Server Settings hilite the server and press blue button to edit.

              The settings look OK. I just renewed a month ago and now my Expiration date says N/A. All was OK until I reset the box. Now all the changes that I try to make are in the new BUZZ5 screens, not the BUZZ 4 screens.

                              Is there some reason that all my questions and comments are being ignored? I have been trying to get some help and support for days. Help for others is flying all around me but nothing at me.
