How can i turn off closed captions on my my BUZZ XRS 4000?

I screwed up and reset my box / buzztv 4000 XRS . I did a full reset and now cannot log into my buzz box. It is trying to load buzz version 5 and is saying "cannot load portal: incorrect username or password". When I previously loaded the old version it never asked for a username or password. I have left the "check credentials" box unchecked and it still comes up with this error message. Please PM me with any help or suggestions that you may have to get me back up and running. The settings look OK. I just renewed a month ago and now my Expiration date says N/A. All was OK until I reset the box. Now all the changes that I try to make are in the new BUZZ5 screens, not the BUZZ 4 screens.Comment
