I got buzz xr4000 I got the donation too. But I have a message cannot load portal: "Subscription expired or not activated. Please contact your service provider"
I contacted support and they said the subscription is ok.When I change in Papiao site the Portal. The box start to work for less than 5 minutes and the image freeze. Then in the server setting you can see that the expiration date its N/A. If I go back to the Papiao Stie and change again the portal number and change in my box, I could see TV for another 5 minute max. I communicate with Papiao Site and they check my subscription and they said it ok because I renew on may 23 2021. The change my Donation number and the problem don't change. Can anyone have that issue before or can anyone coud help me
