Buzz xr4000 No connecting to the server

I got buzz xr4000 I got the donation too. But I have a message cannot load portal: "Subscription expired or not activated. Please contact your service provider"
I contacted support and they said the subscription is ok. Somebody with the same problem?? Do you think is not compatible?

its compatible and top line box. your problem most likely is your Mac address. Make sure your Mac assign to your donation starts with 00:1A:79..... and labeled as ID.
