Donation not working

Hi, I just bought 2 donations yestarday. One I used in Mag box and working well. Another one I've tried to use on Avov, but not working. I did tried many different things, change domain for ru, reset, create another donation but still the same. Anything else I can do to make this works?

You need another box.Avov only works with Web player if it's still avail.Best thing to do is replace the box there is no support for them.Maybe try a Buzz Box.

Your excused!!! Once that box is reset the only thing that will work for iptv is the Web player like a stated above. So yes the best thing to do is a get a box with some support.

strange...the box was working fine, after renew subscription stop to work (on avov). What is different?
