Did that. Now server isn't connecting.

I am having the same problem. Have done IPTV resets and they say the reset was done but when I try to connect it keeps asking for credentials and never connects .A lock shows beside the yellow bar. AVOV TVONLINE+
Have also tried different donations to no avail. Am getting really frustrated with this box.

Everything connects but looks like server down for a few days because I have been getting no picture at all.

Unplug the box and try a iptv reset
