Hi, I've been trying anything and everything for a couple days now to get my box working again. I just moved, the box was working fine before I moved. I plugged it in, and now I'm getting this message at my new address. I moved to a different province. So I purchased Donation code... did everything it said and still nothing. The donation code for user and pass, doesn't work. I've done MAC reset, IPTV reset... tried numerous attempts at the URL... I have no idea. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Go to the website https://www.papiao.is/main/search_nfps
Enter your ID number and Donation number and click on IPTV Reset. This always fixes it for me.
