Channels are not loading

Hi,

When I click on Live TV the channels are no longer loading. I'm not sure why is this? Nor do I know how to check if my internet provider blocked it or not.
Can someone help me please?

ones you have done your IPTV RESET, all you have to do is reboot 2 times and you should be good

wakeupandhearthemusic I have sent you a message which may help, i believe your issues arnt the server but rarther the box and an issue thats effecting the "Installer update" the steps and advice your seeing hear however are the steps to take if your box only has issues relating only to this iptv service but your having problems with other apps. Without breaking forum rules i cant go into detail. let me know how you got along with the infomation ive sent to try and resolve your issues.

I have a couple of Tv Online+'s. My subscription finished about a week ago on one of them and I bought a donation and put all the info into the box. So for about week now I can't get any channels . The channels display and the guide loads but the channels will not load video. I have done itv reset and changed portals all to no avail. My other box is working fine so I do not believe the problem is the ISP.

Any help or ideas would be appreciated.
