Hi, I know that you guys have it against the rules to use one donation on multiple devices. But instead of making it a rule, why not just make it a technical barrier? So whenever a username is registered on the network to stream a channel, you just check if that user is being used on another device, if it is, knock that device off. The reason I say this is because instead of having this whole banning system, it would be better if the user could not do it because the user could do it by mistake and get banned. I just say this because I was testing multiple devices and kept forgetting that it was streaming already on the other device. It is just a suggestion as I think it would make your lives easier as well.

Well it will eventually detect you are using 2 at the same time. The easy answer for this and you might not like it. But you should buy another donation. Then there is no worries about having 2 running. It has taken them a few years to perfect the way things are working now. Like I said the system already detects if you have 2 running or not.its up to you to make sure you are using the donation as it's intended to be used. You are the only one that has ever had a problem with the way its set up.Your not dealing with your major provider here. Some of the responsibility should be up to the end user.

Actually what you are suggesting is implemented in our system, 2 devices can't be online at the same time or from 2 different locations. The second connections is rejected automatically, the same happen if the system detect you are using a VPN or hosting server to use the service.
Accounts are locked to the device, media player and location detected on first login, that's why the IPTV reset function exist (remove old data)Check your Donation Status, Change MAC, Download IPTV Playlists and do IPTV reset using this form:
Donation Checker and Download IPTV Playlist
If you are interested on Premium IPTV please make your donations here:

By the way, I am not using a STB, only the playlist. Not sure if there is a difference with that.

Thats why I suggested you automatically kick us off, so that we can't make the mistake of being logged on in two places at the same time.
