Stb not supported - stb blocked

Hi,

I'm using a Mag 524 w3.

I've connected successfully, but recieve two errors - STB NOT SUPPORTED and YOUR STB IS BLOCKED. I've used IPTV reset and tried both urls (one with http also).

I've used this NFPS service years ago on an older MAG STB, so I am familiar with the setup.

Can someone help please?

Portal needs to be on p4 or p7

I've clicked change portal 20 times and it only changes from p1 to p6. Is there a way to change it manually to p4 or p7?
