Using a T1 .Will not accept MAC in donation checker where it's now all zeros. Tried spaces, no spaces, colons, no colons. Sent PM with info and MAC to Dodgeit..Help!

Yes it's all right. Step-daughter confused me.. she's still at work, so unless you can change donation checker where she can enter the MAC in correct format, you'll have to help me change that one also..it's the second account. Can she now enter MAC in the above format and it take? ThanksComment

Well you must have some powers because when I would try to enter it in that format, it would ADD a space before the colon after each octet. I did try an IPTV reset afterwards, and when I tried it, it worked.. However the next time I checked, you had entered it, so I don't know if the IPTV reset did any thing or not. The checker enters the data correctly now so when I get her MAC, I should be good to go. Thanks again!Comment

Sorry..thought it was a PM. LOL, must have had a few too many beers and multitasking. Feel free to use that MAC though..because it's wrong. Brought box home from step-daughters and saw mistake immediately. Took 2 minutes to fix when I had it in my own hands. Thanks for everyone's help!Comment
