Donation payed but no email confirmation

I have pay my donation. It told me that the transaction when succesfull but i did not get no confirmation via email to activate my account. Can somebody please help me with this pleasee. Urgenttttt

I have the bank order number that i pay the donation for one year. I make the payment 1 hour ago. But till now nothing. And my donation is not active now

If you got it good.But 1 hr is not long enough.For the future it could take up to 48hrs.

Hi my status is active but when go to the box it keep telling me that my STB IS BLOCKED CALL MY PROVIDER. So what should i do?

It can take up to 48hrs.If you don't hear anything thing by tomorrow you can pm me the email address used and did you not get a order# ?
