Looking for some help. I am using a MAG 254 and earlier this week, I started receiving this message. "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider" I have renewed my donation, updated the box to the newest firmware. Entered in the full portal address that was suggested upon receiving my confirmation email regarding my renewed donation. I still get this same STB blocked message.
I have checked my donation (365 days left). I have I have clicked the IPTV reset.....and am now stumped.
What am I missing?
