Your STB is Blocked. Call the Provider

Looking for some help. I am using a MAG 254 and earlier this week, I started receiving this message. "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider" I have renewed my donation, updated the box to the newest firmware. Entered in the full portal address that was suggested upon receiving my confirmation email regarding my renewed donation. I still get this same STB blocked message.

I have checked my donation (365 days left). I have I have clicked the IPTV reset.....and am now stumped.

What am I missing?

Is the mac still attached when you use the donation checker? Change your iptv portal in the donation checker. You can always send your donation info to one of the moderators and they will help you out.

hello my mag is not attached in the donation checker try to put it but it said already exist thanks
