No, I don't . I got the email with my order # saying "we have assigned 2 iptv credits to you. please log into your reseller panel to start activating donations.
First, I'm not reseller and have no reseller account . What I can do?

see if the donations are there. If they aren’t, send another email back explaining you only bought 2 single donations and don’t have a panel

If it has been that long I would use another email address. If you currently use a gmail or yahoo or whatever you are using now, switch to another email.
