Late Renewals and Creating New Accounts

When renewing donations on time - no problem. But I have two that did not decide until after expiration and one want a new account. I cannot find the video I saw years ago that explained the process easily and the server information looks quite different now (maybe recalling wrong). Is there an easy-to-follow video on Youtube or elsewhere to refresh my memory? Thank you.

first you need bitcoins. assuming you have wallet and bitcoins ready to send. go to provider site, select amount of donations you need. now select payment method and system will give you address where to send bitcoins and amount you need to send. very simple.

I was able to purchase the Bitcoins and I now have available donations to assign. I tried renewing a donation after it expired but it only works for one log-in. I turn off the box and the Server says the donation expired - but my "donations" page shows over 350 days left. I plan renew the other expired donation by setting it up as a new account after 30 days have passed. But that first renewal has left me hoping to find a refresher for putting the server information into the box correctly.

Okay - I think I know how to ask my questions so they make some sense. When I assign the credit and enter the MAC address, there are two boxes below. One starts with 3.nfpsserver and the other with p4.iptvprivate. On the donations page, there is an IPTV Portal starting with 5.iptv. Which of those codes go where when I am entering information into the android box? Also, when I enter the portal name and url, it asks for user credentials. Is that my username and password? I tend to recall a donation number or url went in those slots but - again - trying to recall and not sure I am doing it very well.

Thats the iks url that they never removed from the panel. 5.iptv is the url you want. Or look at this link.

Whatever server shows for the specific donation is the one that goes in the android. If you need credentials, that would be the donation number

Sorry but here is specifically what I have entered -
Server = 1
Portal URL = http://5.iptv11.is
Credentials = donation number for ID and password.
When it gets to "loading user profile," it says "expired or not activated."
Is there anything else, anywhere, that I should be doing?
If not, is it possible I am reading the MAC address incorrectly?

Which app you using?

You can try changing the portal in your panel, then change it in your box and see what happens

Not if you're using XC login which are the credentials and portal url being needed.

Any other suggestions? Changed portal online and on box but same results. Confirmed with papiao that donation was activated. Are there any internet providers that may block activations. I do not have a vpn on this buzz tv box.
