Donation - Invalid or Expired

Recently purchased 4 new donations. However, none of them seem to work. I've tried them all.

I'm using kokaleka on 4k firestick.. I've been a member for a number of years and this is the firs time this has happened. I've changed the portal, I've changed the donation, I've turned off internet provider, i've reset donations before entering new donation information in kokaleka app.

Am i missing something. Usually all i have to do is enter new donation info in app and it works.

The donation is case sensitive when setting up kokaleka. Try changing your country lock to allow all countries and then try it again.

Our team is working to upgrade kokaleka app and right now it may not work with some portals.

You can use IPTV Smarters app or contact [email protected] and ask them to move your donations to p3 or p4 and should work fine with those portals.

I will ask them to reissue new portals so that I can continue using kokaleka.
