    I renewed my 3 subs yesterday.
    On the Papaio site it shows that all 3 have gone through and I have 387 days left on the subs.
    The Mac addresses are all correct.
    However I have not received a renewal email from Papaio to confirm.
    In addition my Dreamlink has the correct new expiry date, my buzz box expiry date has not changed it still has the expiry date of October 27, 2021 and my mag box has changed to an expiry date of March 23, 2022.
    The boxes all should all have an expiry date of October 27, 2022.
    I have rebooted all of the boxes.
    Any suggestions as to what to do would be appreciated.

    send email to papio and explain them what happened. they will be able to fix.
