Jumping Scenes on movie

at the vod movies, I always get jumping scenes, just like 3-10 secs from every 10-15mins.

I am noticing this now, due to lockdown (LOL). This is only identified in VOD, not on regular tv streams nor PPV Movie Channels

I have the same issue, most of the days is imposible to view VOD due reload on the screen , im at the P4, any moderator who give any posible date solution on this??

You get that with Kodi, unless you use an External Player for VOD.
