Of course they are not going to answer right away.They probably have to wade through 100's of emails about complaints. I wouldn't answer either.Thats why the site is here.

Update still having problems with VOD Buffering

LIVE TV fine

Note the PPV movies added on the live tv side run flawlessly

What happen to Kokaleka TV? Movies keeps on freezing. I observed this problem since yesterday.
