VOD in Movies and TV series

Hi,
I am very happy with the way live TV works pretty much in any App I have tried, but VOD for Movies and TV Series don't work, is there any specific setting I am not aware of?

I have search and found nothing for Apps on Firestick 4k Max, with Smarters pro, Tivimates pro and others, all just give a player error...

If this would work I would be very happy.

just after i posted i decided to install VLC player and seems to work at 80% but of course 80% is not good enough.
i will keep trying other players but already tried perfect player and MX player and no they don't work.
