Not sure if it's a player or server issue

Hi - using Formuler GTV, I have VLC and MX Player installed. I tried both. I keep getting messages, like can't play this link, when using MX Player or Error - can't play this video. Please try again.

This is happening on all VOD videos.

Your insight would be greatly appreciated.

see if theres new update avaible. did you reboot your box? try to change portal and see if that helps

Thanks for your help. I changed the portal, now it's working with MX Player, but no audio at all, only video.

Update: I just discovered, actually some movies have no audio and some do (using now VLC)

try different player like ijk if you can. also, try to reboot your box

Noticed the first 3 movies just added in Vod have no sound he’s correct
