Took me a bit of digging around to finally set this one up with a new donations so I've decided to post a quick tutorial here. I hope it can make things easier for others. For my setup I use Nvidia Shield TV but the same should apply to other Android devices/Bluestacks. This tutorial is based on StbEmu v0.8.08.
1. Install StbEmu (Free) or StbEmu (Pro).
2. Once you install and open the emulator, press and hold "A" on the Sheild controller to access the menu.
3. From the menu select Settings > Profiles
4. Add a new profile or edit the default one.
5. Go to Portal Settings then Portal URL and input YOUR portal url.
6. Go back and select STB Configuration.
STB Model: MAG 250
MAC-address: Go here put 00:1A:78 as MAC address prefix and generate your own address. This is also the same MAC address you input into Papiao.tv
7. Hit Device ID and follow the screenshot to make sure the check-boxes are selected. This will generate your Device IDs and Signature so you don't have to input manually.
8. For the media player select "Ijk Player". I tested and this works fine so you don't need to download external players or anything else.
Hope this helps some people get up and running more quickly. For the users of Nvidia Sheild, you can also use your TV remote to change channels and access guide. Here's more info: USING YOUR TV REMOTE
