Stb emulator Authentication Error

everyone
can some give a hand here i download the stb emulator but when I enter the user name and password (donation cod e) right?
I get Authentication error i have done a IPTV reset en still the same

i have followed this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PuuRy3ep1ck exactly.. to the T
I even reset the mac on papiao with box the unplugged.. no luck . I know I have the correct login and url and mac addy but all i ever get is ERROR with no other indication of the problem..
Any ideas.. this is very frustrating. all day i have been trying is there Device ID random seed i need to enter??
or RESET Device ID to default value?

WhenI try and login with donation numbers (Authentication) it says ERROR.

update: I tried Stalker in Kodi.. Failed to authenticate. this sucks

Well before you get stalker client to work make sure you do a iptv reset with the box unplugged.Because you have tried with something else (Whatever the youtube video is).

It works in Mag254 and then I try in StbEMu and then I try in IpStalker on Kodi and I cannot get those to work no matter what I do using the same information I use on the mag254
(mac address- url- user password- serial number anything else I can find)
then I go back to the Mag254 and it still works.. no resetting of any kind. this sucks... I have 3 android tvs and this will not work on any of them . it appears to not be a reset thing
What am I doing wrong?

To add to this you can not use the mag mac with stalker client or the app.

no luck whatsoever..i reset with the stbumu unplugged. started all over from scratch and followed https://iptvzeta.is/forum/nfps-iptv-...setup-tutorial
still no luck.. reset again .. no luck. no idea what is wrong.. none

Can you post your set up? Of the stalker client settings? Do not post your mac or donation.

My fault. You are trying to stb emu up. I would try stalker client.

darn.. now I cannot get the Mag254 to connect.. probably because I used up my 2 resets per day already.
I have Stalker Client in Kodi I would love to try that too but obviously not today.
As far as posting my settings - mine are EXACLTY and I mean EXACTLY the same settings as these: https://iptvzeta.is/forum/nfps-iptv...setup-tutorial I even set the STB up as aMAG250 per the instructions

I am of course (per directions) using 78 for STBEMu instead of 79 for the mag254 00.1A.79.xx.xx.xx for the MAG254 (which I cannot change) and I use the same mac in STB but just change the 79 to 78 and do a reset of course with box unplugged.

huh! the MAg just now went in .. I guess you have to wait for a while before trying after a reset

ok.. I found the problem it was ME!! I feel like a dufus.. Thanks guys for helping me out. Turns out I did not look closely and I was using dots in the mac address when I should have been using a colon : I guess we should stress that somewhere. On a small tv on the other side of the room I could not see it very well. I spotted it in a youtube setup video and sure enough..that is my problem
