This is getting old already, it seems like no one is willing to help, the software people says is the iptv provider and the provider says is the software. At the end the customer is let hanging with no fix. Papiao keeps sending me to the forums and no body has a clue. The software people have a way it will work but the provider is not willing to follow ... so how are we supposed to fix the black screen and be able to enjoy the services we are paying ???

Get a box.A buzz box will work a 100 times better then any tv and app.So thats how you will be able to enjoy the service.There is obviously a problem if it is on the provider end it would be for security reasons. -
So you will just keep writing the same on everyone's post. I have 4 boxes, if I played for the software I want to used like the rest of the people that are paying for it. If you have nothing good that will help with the issue just stay away from posting. We know how the box work, now is all about STB.Comment
