samsung smart-stb black screen

hi i need help
i have samsung smart tv and in nov 2017 i have install app call Smart-STB work fine with my iptv portal p1.iptvprivateserver.tv/c/index.html but last 1 week its not loading playlist. when i start the app went to loading portal... then black screen is ther something wrong with that portal or im just been block. i paid Smart-STB $27.99 for that app for lifetime from Smart-STB>net

and i have my Donation is valid also 258 days remaining

can some one help thax

Turn your tv off and start over and maybe it will finish loading

i did unplug from wall for 30 min plug back in and its same thing after open app portal loading.. then just black screen\

yes i did try iptv reset with tv off , yes i did they try everything from there end like reset ther app , try in safe mode , clock ( default ) in app , remove app and reinstall app again same thing, try reset tv to factory reset after that doing same thing. try reset internet service also no luck same thing ther app work in DEMO mode work fine. but then i start my p1.iptvprivateserver.tv/c/index.html
after loading portal.. black screen i try change portal to p2, p3,p4,p5 from papiao.is/main/search_nfps but no luck doing same thing black screen

I have the same problem am disappointed with these people who charge for this app and it's not working big rip off

I tried the Samsung app I paid about 7 dollars it was crap too. I had been using a Nvidia shield for 3 years then I experimented with a Amazon fire stick running stock Kodi no build and PVR stalker client and to my surprise it worked flawless, for 30 dollars it worked awesome very fast and has a very good wifi chip set. You can also use a mini keyboard with a cable dongle 4 dollars.
