        Have you tried your donation on something else like a mag 254 or android box? Maybe you should pm a mod and send them your info to try your donation to make sure its working

                    Please edit out your email address. It is bad policy,dangerous to post that.
                    Look at the purchase website and it states this: Sorry but free trials are only available from Monday 12:00 AM to Saturday 5:00 PM ET. Please come back later.

                          I have 2 different Samsung TVs

                          Samsung (Tizen) (UN55KU6270) (working)
                          Samsung (Tizen) (UN50NU6900) (black screen)

                          I tried different servers even P1 still black screen, added / after tv (.tv/) nothing, added (/c/index.html) still nothing. I am totally stomped as I tried reset mac, removed mac address put it back no results. Removed http:// but it seems its automatically added as it still shows up on the app even though change has been made.

                          someone must have figured this out by now. Seems the problem is on the server end not allowing the app to connect.

                          (The TV that's working is the newer model and it works using p4, oh and both software have been updated)

                            Was told by Smart STB customer service to try this but since i can't do it right now perhaps someone could try and see what happens :

                            Please try this and let us know the result:

                            Uninstall the App from your TV.

                            Unplug your TV from Power for 15 minutes.

                            And in the mean time unplug your Router for 1 minute.

                            After that please install the app and check again and let us know if you still get the same error.
