Smart STB issue

I have Smart STV in my Samsung TV, but I have to change the country lock everyday to "All countries" because if I leave it lock to my country will show your STB is locked.What can I do? as I don't want to change the country lock every single day. Before No problem, this start happening few weeks ago

It seems that you are using a STB emulator software, with that application you are not connecting directly to our servers but through their proxies from different locations therefor causing the conflict.

Please use IPTV Smarter instead or contact them and ask for a direct connection to our server, i don't know why they want to collect users information passing through their servers.

one example "8873 Amenica Teve Miami" , in the regular box I can see it well, biut not in IPTV Smarter. I can give you more example if needed. Thanks
