Hey there! I came across this old thread and thought I could lend a hand. It seems like your Samsung TV Smart STB is blocked and asking for the activation of a virtual MAC. Have you tried reaching out to your IPTV provider for help? They might be able to activate it for you. If that doesn't work, you could also consider contacting a professional appliance repair service like Fix Appliances. They might have some solutions to get your TV back up and running. Here's their website https://fixappliances.ca/toronto-appliance-repair/. Good luck.

Hey there! I totally get your frustration with your Samsung Smart TV acting up. It sounds like you've tried quite a few things to fix the "STB is blocked" issue, but it's still giving you a hard time. Reach out to your IPTV service provider and explain the situation. They might need to activate a Virtual MAC address for your TV on their end. Sometimes, a stable internet connection can resolve issues like this. Ensure your Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection is working smoothly. Make sure your TV's firmware is up-to-date. Older software can sometimes cause compatibility problems. Personally, I use Repair Near Me in such situations.
