  • What is going on with the service?

    I’m having difficulty with the service. As of a couple of weeks it has been cutting off at night. The service comes and goes. Can’t watch a movie or even a program on live tv or videoclub. I have changed the portals to everyone available and still I can’t watch anything. Please advise

    What live tv channels are you trying to watch?Does it happen at a certain time?

      It’s been happening mostly sat night. I can’t watch any channels. They freeze up, won’t play or cut up when I’m watching

        I know i watch it every night and haven't seen what you are describing.But we may not be watching the same channels.That's why i asked what channels.The other night there was a few channels with problems but i think that got worked out a half hour later(from what i read).Post up a few channels that are a problem now and i can take a look and see if they are a problem here.

          A good place to look is here to see if any other members are having a problem. Also you can post when see a problem with a channel(read post1 in the thread before posting). That way the team knows there are problems and with what channels.

            service seems to be lacking a bit as of late...…... last night was pretty bad with freezing, cutting out, looping on most of the cinema channels

              I had been with NFPS IPTV for five years now, and it seems that this year is the worst that I had experience. Cannot watch the VOD because it either the movie forward by itself (a 90 min movie will finish by just 30 minute time) or just stop by itself. Same thing with the PPV movies, it just stop in the middle of the show and goes back to the start. What happen to this IPTV???

                Iptv is working fine.Sorry you say it been the worst year.I find it the other way. Everything has grown and only gotten better.There is always going to be a few hiccups along the way.It's not any different anywhere else.It's the internet.

                  Does it mean that my 300MBPs internet causes the VOD to fast forward by itself? My internet last year was only 50 MBPs and I don't have problem with the VOD.

                  How can we improve this service if we keep on hiding the problem and pretend that there's no problem with it? Had you seen me complaining on this service the last years?

                    As far as i'm concerned the service is almost perfect.Internet speed of 300mbps mean nothing.As for Vod i don't watch it.Last night there was a few issues that lasted about a half hour and then the channels i was watching were perfect.But this could of been my internet who knows.
                    Now have i seen you complaining, I don't know but i do know you high jacked some one elses thread. As for pretending there is no problems. You should re read my post.

                    There is a dedicated thread to report freezing problems, or problems with VOD, as explained here in a different thread!VOD skips In order to help the tech team, these problems need to be reported in the proper section. That doesn't mean, that all problems reported will be fixed at any given time, but they still need to be reported in the correct section so the team is aware of these problems and can make adjustments where need be. Nobody is pretending the service is perfect! I did agree with your issue in your other thread about the issue you were having with that individual VOD movie.
