Most of my channels dont work , any Ideas?

I bought a new service and set it up on my mag 256 w2 box and most of the channels dont work, very few does. I reset the subscription with the box plugged out and the channels still dont work. any ideas guys?

thanks for your reply, yes I am on the right portal p2.iptvprivateserver.tv and the mac address is correct. at the moment very few channels work still.

Did you check the donation check site to see that you are on the correct portal and that your MAC address is correct?

I fix the issue by using the donation checker to change the portal server to P3 and that solve the issue.
