Report issues with Video Club / VoD

p1, avov, 25 mbps vod just crashed. I was watching a movie and it stopped. I checked some other movies and nothing would load.

130 mbps portal 3 mag 254.....Narcos season 3, all episodes, seems to be the spanish version. All conversations are in spanish without sub-tittles.

Description of the issue: The movie will begin to play and then the data stream will stop . The movie freezes then the picture goes to the VideoClub list. The movies in the VideoClub are unwatchable with the stream stoping and starting every 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Description of the issue: Everytime a movie in the VideoClub movie category is clicked to play. The movie begins to play for 10 seconds and the movie freezes then resumes play. This happens all the way through the video play making any movie unwatchable.

Description of the issue: When videos begin to play the video keeps stoping every 30 seconds to 1min and 30 seconds. Makes watching these videos very difficult, when the video stops you are waiting for the video to resume play.

Description of the issue: Both videos when selected to play will begin to start then the video stream will quit. The video resumes play after 4 to 5 seconds of freezing then will quit again after another 2 to 3 minutes. After the third time the video quits playback the NFPS sever kicks me out of the video playback to the VideoClub movie list.

Description of the issue: There has been no improvement since Friday 9/21 on either video, Sicario: Day of the Solado and Solo A Stars Wars Story. Now the constant freezing and stopping and starting of all videos every 30 to 50 seconds makes watching any of the videos since Friday 9/21 unwatchable.
