Description of the issue: When I click on play, the T.V. serious in the VOD section begins to play, but the connection to the server starts to freeze every 1 to 3 mins. Making the T.V. serious difficult to watch and enjoy.

Demon slayer on PPV stops in the middle of the movie.

The Seventh Day starts in the middle of the movie and has only 5 minutes worth movie time.

PPV5 "The Boy Behind The Door" won't play. And the few times it has played it stops in the middle of the movie and won't play again. Other movies are working fine.

Im having problems with skipping in vod. It skips over scenes in movies about every 5 minutes. No ffreezing just skipping. Portal 5 400 mbps on Mag254.

Description of the issue: When viewing the T.V. series "The Sopranos," the first 3 episodes of season 1 plays, but then the fourth episode the data stream will stop playing,and a pop-up box shows on the screen with a message, "Stream is not available please try again later." This problem with the T.V. series "The Sopranos," has not played ever since the seasons was added to the VOD playlist.

2 Buzz max 550 mbps Portal 2 + 3 After performing well for a long time for the past few months it is impossible to watch almost anything on VOD, movie or series. Recent disappointments are the 2nd and 3rd series of Ozark and today the movie Black Light.

VOD Movies will not load from time to time, Movie list comes up but when i try to watch movies will not load, I think it states try back later.
Note, Sometimes it works and then not...?
Tried it on my old Dream T2 and the same issue.
Is there anything I could try, Thanks
