Thanks joker vpn works on the vod ( no more buffering). So i guess you're right about the isp. Would it be ok to have the vpn on all the time even with live tv. Using buzz xr4000.

Dont know what happened but the old mag254 has been playing vods quite well.still the odd freeze but not to bad.i havent made any changes on my end so im assuming nfps did something. Thanks

Why is that all movie I tried to watch on VOD would either freeze or stop and went back to the movie page? By the way I am using a mag254

Mine {POV} is the same-freezing for about a minute and watchable for 10 seconds ad nauseum. Please get them off their axxes to fix this. If the tv movies were watchable it could be tolerated for a while but they're just as bad.
