What the heck is going on with the freezing and looping. I’ve posted 2 times in the last month requesting an explanation and no answer from anyone on the forum. I just purchased a subscription a month ago also..... it’s sad..... I’ve been a subscriber for 5 years. No way to run a business. Be transparent.
