. I don’t know how to use a VPN. It was never required before and this is happening in FL, SC and GA. Three different houses (my family), three different states.
This is for two separate issues. The most critical concern is the freezing and buffering which is constant rendering the service unwatchable all channels.

It could be the ISP throttling so that's why I asked about a VPN.

This isn’t an ISP issue. The three locations in three different states have three different ISPs.

SOME CHANNELS ARE NO LONGER WHAT THEY ARE BUT A DIFFERENT CHANNEL
SOME CHANNELS YOU WATCH FOR A LITTLE BIT THEN BOOM NOTHING..
The reason for the caps is so MAYBE someone will see and might just might say hey we have a problem with the system. Now normally almost never do we ever complain however in this case we have to say yes there is a problem for sure any answer is better then no answer unless of course the covid vaccine has effected the channels. Just saying pretty please just give us a clue..
