The problem is that all the american and latin channels have constant freezes and constant repeticions.
The channels work for aproximate 50 seconds after go to black for 2 seconds, after sometimes repeat the same video.
Please fix ASAP this problem is from yesterday

The channels work for approximate 50 seconds after go to black for 2 seconds, after sometimes repeat the same video. Unwatchable for days now.. Maybe you need a new team coz they don't seem to be able to get the job done...Unhappy customer..

Yes been like that for days. They want you to post what box you have what speed you have and so on but its mostly always on server side.

P6 USA showing the same program since last night like it's stuck and Ion freezing like theres no tomorrow also on P2. Bunch of channels now freezing and looping. Don't know what the hell is up. It's not on my end thats for sure.
